The C.C.M.G.E. was established by Decree No. 70/1994, dated May 16, with the objective of regulating and supervising maritime cargo activities in Equatorial Guinea. Its creation responds to the need to establish a regulatory framework that guarantees port operation safety and compliance with established standards, thereby facilitating trade and economic development.
